Show your support of Cancer Research by purchasing a
3' tall fiberglass boot to decorate and be on display at the
2010 Cattlemen's Ball!

 

Your boot will:

  • Raise money for cancer research
  • Be displayed at your business prior to the ball to create awareness of the Cattlemen's Ball
  • Will be displayed as part of the decor at the Ball. In addition, your business will be recognized to attendees from across the state, as a contributor to giving cancer the boot!

The Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska dedicates itself to the promise of providing funds to benefit cancer research at the UNMC Eppley Cancer Center in Omaha. Also, 10% of funds raised stay in our local communities! 

Here’s How It Works!

1. Purchase a 3 Foot Tall Fiberglass Boot - Purchase online  (above) or contact Becky Forbes at . The boot will be delivered the week of March 29th, 2010. It will be a plain white boot when it arrives.
 
2. Decorate It -You can have your creative employees decorate it or enlist an artist to decorate it for you (click here for local artists and instructions on how to decorate your boot).
 
3. Display It - Create awareness of the ball by displaying your boot proudly two weeks prior to the event. PLEASE HAVE YOUR BOOT ON DISPLAY BY: May 17th, 2010
 
4. Pick Up -Your boot will be picked up by a volunteer and taken to the ball on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010. It will become part of the ball décor.
 
Cattlemen's Ball attendees will vote for their favorite boot! The top 3 boots will be auctioned off to raise additional funds for cancer research! Remaining boots will be returned to businesses or individual purchasers.
 
YOUR BOOT WILL BECOME A FOCAL POINT OF THE BALL AND IT WILL HELP GIVE CANCER THE BOOT!!!
